Hiya:)

I have been so busy last weeks.. I've been working in two places, helped my friend, helped  my bro with math...:) And two weeks ago I got an idea to start an apprenticeship contract (I don't know if this is the right word:D) so now I can work full time (earn some money!) and have the nursery school at the same time. I'm so happy!

So last week I was in Helsinki where I had this "psychologic test" and I passed it and I called to my ex employer and he had a working place for me.. now we will meet on friday and I wil know when I start:)

AND when I start to get money I will be raw vegan again, more or less 100%, step by step. (I have been normal vegan now as much as possible, with very less money:D). Yeyy, and I can order my herbs again also♡ Now I have used my own herb blend tea (with some liquorice root, dandelion, nettle, goldenrod, horsetail, bearberry etc.. quite good I think;)..

So last week-end was spent with math book and.. cleaning the whole house and re-arranging my room...:) Yea, it was fun and now it looks like rainforest :b

I love librarys..:)

Happy Mothers' Day!

Today was such a beautiful sunny day:)  We picked some wood anemones for our mom and I made silver earrings for her..

Summer is coming...:)

And btw even though I couldn't have afforded so much fruit last weeks, I have used dr. Morse's adrenaline gland formula and my own mix of kidney herbs and I have seen sone results! Yesterday first day, my kidneys starting to work! Yeyy:)

Back in sunny Finland

Long time since I visited blogger last time! Well now I'll fix it...;)

I'm so happy to be here and has been so sunny almost every day since I came back. I can smell the spring...

Now I have been over three weeks back in Finland and enjoyed the company of my family and friends:) I have also some nice FOOD pics that I'll show you now...:P

Since I came back in Finland, I have been eating mostly fruit, some cooked vegan also. Now I got a job so soon I'll be able to buy loads of fruits;)

I have been "cooking" some delicious raw vegan dishies for my family and they like it... well
it takes time to get used to new tastes but I'm still proud of them, they really eat my foods!

Banana-cocos ice-cream & cacao-cocos balls & cacao-mint balls...mmm

I love smoothies! Banana, mango, strawberries, blueberry, green leaves, sweet sweet... we eat this every day with my dad and brother!

Rice cakes covered with carob and cocos flakes. Tastes like toffee chocolate!

When it's week-end, I have time to make a nice special dish like pizza or tacos...

Pizza (raw vegan base) one big baking tray:

1 zuccini
1/4 dl olive oil
1 ts minced grey seasalt
1,5dl "flours" like almond, sunflower seed, you can add hemp seed etc.
1,5 dl crushed flaxseed
1/3 dl dried pizza herb mix
a bit of water just to mix everything

Mix everything. (Use blender if you use whole nuts&seeds)
Spread dough on baking tray and let it dry in summer sun/ 45 celsius warm oven or in dryer machine over night or as long as it is little soft but stays together

Tomatoe sauce:

3 tomatoes
10 sundried tomatoe halfs
1/2 red bellpepper
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs basil
(You can add 1 dl cashews or sunflower seeds to make it creamy)

& fill with fresh sliced tomatoe, yellow bellpepper, rucola, red onion, olives, maybe more sundried tomatoes, sauercraut?, marinated mushrooms... whatever you like!

Our dog & cat chilling on the couch and wishing you a good day!;)

It's never too late to start changing yourself, but always too late to do it tomorrow;)

I haven't been writing here for over a week now, sorry!

Now I am back in Barcelona and going back in Finland on saturday♥ I would love to travel all the time but I miss my family friends also so much.

When I came back in Barcelona I got a work offer from England, but I couldn't take it. I would have also been nice! But now I am planning what I am going to do in Finland... lot of things to do:)

I also met a new friend and he lives here in Barcelona. He works as a "life/health coach". I have seen him and we have been discussing a lot, or mostly I have been listening because he is such a strong person, not too much space for my thoughts:D Even if I don't agree with everything (for example diet/nutrition, financial things etc.), I think there is one big thing I learned (It was actually from one book I borrowed from him). And this have been the only thing on my way to my dreams. It's impatience. You know, I want it NOW instantly. But I need to be patient. Because the good results in the end comes from every little decision you make. And when you can't see results now, you got frustrated and give up. But that is never going to take you to where you would like to be. Never give up!:)

Now I have been writing down plans, I'm so exited to get back in Finland! First I need to find
a job. Then I'll have money to buy all the fruits and some herbs to get my stomach back in track. I feel it is very important to get it healthy because it is hurting still very often, sometimes even on fruit. I truly believe I can heal it, no matter how long it takes. (Btw I have been diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome) It can really take all of your energy and joy if you are hurting somewhere all the time.

Second, I have many other things to do... like to spend more time with my family and help them, as they are very important for me and always supporting me whatever I do:) I want to maintain and improve my skills with music and languages. And many other goals...

Now looking forward to new challenges and enjoying my last days here:)

volunteering...

After being almost one week in las palmas I was planning to leave the city on saturday and go explore the rest of the island, but I had no plans where. On friday one german guy came to sleep in the same room and asked about my journey and plans. I just told him I want to leave on saturday but I don't know where. So he said he is leaving on saturday too and I can join him if I want:)

So next morning we took a bus to see another towns on island...

The nature on the island is mostly dry and it's full of banana plantasies...

And a lot of stone beaches...

...with beautiful waves:) and then dogs...

Exploring towns in western part of the island

Next he told me he is going to help his friend in a new hostel with some electricity. I said I can come with him, and now I'm still here. I'm just volunteering as a cleaner and I can stay here free, so that is a nice thing because I'm running out of money!

Vamos a la playa...

Greetings from Gran Canaria! I got a good idea when I saw the flying tickets here was only 45e! But the flight was inside of Spain, so I think that is the reason:)

Okay, I have took some pictures here...so this will be mostly pic post:)

It was so misty and beautiful on the beach...

On the hostel my room mate tested my camera:)

Old part of Las Palmas

Nice view, different colour houses built up the hill

Okay, so not too sunny here this week but maybe next week I will get my sun burned red skin;) Lots of papayas here... but the last three days... not so good. I was also out yesterday and had two beers oh shit. Well tomorrow I'm moving to next city, I think I've seen enough Las Palmas;)
